Refund policy

SmartTradingAI is a digital service. Every analysis is generated on demand and delivered immediately, and each one has a real cost to us the moment it runs. This policy explains when a refund is and is not available, so there are no surprises either way.
1. Access is delivered instantly
When your payment succeeds, your plan is active straight away and you can run analyses immediately. There is no waiting period, no delivery delay, and nothing to ship. Once an analysis has been generated, that part of the service has been consumed and cannot be returned.
2. When a refund is not available
We do not issue refunds for a billing period in which one or more analyses have been generated on your account. This includes:
- Analyses you ran and were not satisfied with
- Analyses whose conclusions did not match what the market later did
- Changing your mind after using the service
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal, where analyses were run in the new period
This is not us being difficult: the compute for those analyses has already been paid for and cannot be recovered.
3. When we will refund you
We refund in full, without argument, in these cases:
- You were charged but no analysis was ever generated on your account during that billing period
- You were charged twice for the same period
- A technical failure on our side prevented the service from working and we could not fix it
- You were charged after cancelling, or without authorising the payment

4. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK)
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once performance has begun with your express consent. By starting your subscription and running an analysis, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that billing period. If you subscribe and run no analysis, your 14-day withdrawal right is unaffected and section 3 applies.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings, or through the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges — it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until the period ends. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
6. Free analysis
Every account gets one free analysis before any payment is required. It exists so you can see exactly what the service produces on your own chart before deciding to pay. We strongly recommend using it first.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us first — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank can. Where a chargeback is opened, we may provide the card issuer with a record of the account, the timestamps of analyses generated, and your acceptance of this policy.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The version that applies to a payment is the one published when that payment was made.
