Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SmartTradingAI (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

SmartTradingAI analyzes chart screenshots you upload and returns an automated, educational technical-analysis scenario — a market bias, suggested entry/invalidation levels, potential targets, and reasoning. SmartTradingAI is an educational and informational tool only. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing produced by the Service constitutes personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Trader, Pro) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices going forward with reasonable notice; changes will not apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable regulation.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute analyses generated by the Service without permission.
  • Upload content you don't have the right to upload, or that infringes a third party's rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. No guarantee of results

Markets are inherently uncertain. Technical-analysis scenarios generated by the Service are probabilistic and based solely on the information visible in the screenshot you provide — they do not account for live order flow, breaking news, your personal risk tolerance, or information outside the chart. The Service does not guarantee any trading outcome, and past scenario accuracy is not indicative of future results.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of any chart screenshots you upload. By uploading a screenshot, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to generate your analysis; as described in our Privacy Policy, screenshots are not stored after your analysis is produced.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartTradingAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
